Comments
When submitting a comment, in addition to the information provided in the comment form, the commenter’s IP address and browser ID string are collected to filter out unwanted content.
Media
If an image is uploaded to the website by a registered user, EXIFs containing GPS position data should be avoided. Website visitors can download them and extract location data from images on the website.
Cookies
When you leave a comment on the website, the name, e-mail and website address you provide are stored in cookies. Storage is for convenience purposes so you don’t have to fill in these fields in the next post. Cookies expire in one year.
When you visit the login page, we set transient cookies to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. These cookies do not contain any personal information and are deleted as soon as you close your browser.

How long we keep personal data?
If you comment, the comment and its metadata will remain in the system for an indefinite period of time. The purpose of this is to make all subsequent comments known and approved by us, i.e. not included in the list of comments to be moderated.
Personal data of users registered on the website (if any) will also be stored in their own user profiles. Each user may view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their own username). Website administrators can also view and edit this information.
What rights do you have in relation to your own data?
When writing an account or comment registered on the website, it is possible to request personal data in an export file, which contains any data previously provided to us by the user. You can also request that we delete any previously provided personal data. This does not apply to data that we are obliged to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.
